Desi hacks Indians have a lot of hidden tips and tricks behind their sleeves. Not only those tips are ancient but they work like magic. You just need to have a little patience for them and then its regular use can improve your lifestyle.

I am going to share some of the tips and trick for the strengthening of the body and improving it. These tips I have read from magazines and heard from my grandmothers. It is time unveil it to the non-Indian community as well.

  1. Boil in cardamom, pistachio, almonds, and saffron and cook them together. This will help to strengthen your bones and regulate your blood. It also adds a glow to your skin.
  2. Cook larger pieces in milk and drink it as much as possible. This helps to increase strength and increases the rate of production of red blood cells.
  3. Mix in two tablespoons of honey in a cup of buffalo’s milk. This will also increase strength in your bones.
  4. Peel off some almonds and soak them wet. Afterwards, crush them into little pieces and cook them in milk. Wait for the boil. After it boils for 2 to 3 times then allow it to cool. Mix in some Mishri or honey. This is a very powerful recipe for the strengthening of the body.
  5. Every morning take 7 almonds with carrot milk. This helps to increase the strength of the brain and makes your body look beautiful.
  6. Make a powder of brown sugar and Senna leaves. Consume this mixture everyday day or night. This helps in constipation, anal and rectal problems, and hemorrhoids. However, avoid if you have diarrhea or abdominal pain.
  7. Fry 5 dates in ghee and eat it with some rice to strengthen your body
