With recipes to guide you through make every day of summers an exciting one by simply adding smoothies in your life. This will not only provide you benefits but will also save you the horror of worrying about its benefits as it will be totally homemade and fresh right in your kitchen. Smoothies are a great way to kick start your summer days. It boosts your body and makes you active by giving you a healthy boost.

Recipe 1:

  • Coconut water
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Frozen peaches
  • Blend and drink away

Recipe 2:

  • Orange juice
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Frozen mango
  • 1 medium carrot
  • Blend, blend away

Recipe 3:

  • 1 ½ oz spinach
  • 4 oz pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 3 bunch of mint
  • 3 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 cup green tea unsweetened
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe 4:

  • Strawberries
  • Soda water
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Mint leaves

  • Orange juice

  • Mango cubes
  • Blueberry juice

  • Freeze each juice in an ice cube tray with a toothpick attach to each and a mango cube
